What You Will Learn

In this four-day workshop, you learn practices that will improve your life that are based on feeling energy, chi. Chi or prana is the underlying energy behind everything existing, we humas have chi, life force, chi is in the nature and the univers is filled with chi. Humans crave for chi and often fulfill this longing for more energy with external substances like alcohol, all form of drugs, coffein etc. You learn in this course to feel better by exercising simple Chi Kung practices and by transforming emotions. When you feel better you feel more encouraged to do or try new things that are beneficial for your life.
