In the Tao we regard our body as a microcosmos in the macrocosmos and by balancing of the microcosmos through practicing the Six Healing Sounds and Inner Smile we learn to extend into the macrocosmos. Feeling relaxed and happy is the key to practicing Cosmic Qigong.By practicing Cosmic Qigong we use our hands and universal chi to open and feel energy in the body which is crucial for  advancing into the energy meditation of Fusion of the Five Elements.
