What You Will Learn

In today’s world, it’s far too common for people to be disconnected from their sexuality or have health problems or complications related to their reproductive organs. Sexual energy is the most powerful energy we have in our bodies – it has the ability to create life. In the Female Healing course, Jutta will teach how to use this energy to promote healing within yourself.

Women of all ages and life stages will benefit from the Female Healing energy cultivation practices. In addition to being an energizing and spiritual practice, the health benefits include: balancing hormones, normalizing menstrual irregularities, increasing fertility, decreasing menopausal symptoms, enhancing sexuality, increasing mental vitality and achieving a higher state of well-being.

In the workshop on how to develop inner beauty, we focus on Ovarian Breathing, Breast Massage, and exercises with the jade egg. All of these practices work to circulate powerful energy in the body, activate your hormone producing glands, connect your mind and body and bring more energy into the brain.

The Female Healing course focuses on female energy cultivation meditations and exercises that benefit women of all ages and life stages. In addition to being an energizing and spiritual practice, these practices also help balance hormones, normalize cycles, increase fertility, relieve menstrual or menopausal symptoms and enhance sexuality, eliminating premenstrual symptoms such as feeling bloated, swelling of the breasts, mood swings etc. The practices also help women to relax and transform deep seated negative feelings.

Each woman receives a Certificate of Participation from Tao Garden for the Female Healing workshop. The workshop will be given downtown Warsaw, a few minutes away from Nowy Swiat Metro station.
